Finally made the trip up to Caffe Pronto/Ceremony Coffee to check out the space since their re-branding. Andy, their head roaster, is putting together some amazing espresso blends right now (look for Collaborator, a blend of two South American direct trade beans - buttery mouthfeel, super sweet finish). Also, this Rwandan Coko Coop bean is blowing my mind. Slow pouring and super mild.
Good god, I miss working at a coffeeshop.
